Private real estate auctions have long been known worldwide and are carried out successfully for years in UK, USA and Western Europe.
According to The Telegraph newspaper, for the period 2002 – 2007 for the UK, the turnover of sales of auctioned properties has doubled, reaching a value of 5.9 billion pounds.
